Return Policy:

They accept returns on all purchases made on their website within 60 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and footwear must be returned with the original box in new condition. To initiate a return, bring your items to your nearest UPS dropoff location. If returning items to a Columbia store, please present your Order Confirmation email. Parcels can only be returned from the country where they were delivered. 

Upon receiving your package, their team will verify its contents and inspect the items to ensure they are unworn and in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your financial institution. Please note that direct exchanges of their products are not possible at this stage. If you require a different size or color, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
